RETURN

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can log a return within 14 days of receipt. If the items are unused and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund processed in the same way you have made the payment.

 

Please note - original shipping costs are non refundable. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

- Email hello@ukkiebox.com with the following information: name - order number - item(s) te be returned. 

- You will receive a return authorisation form including the return address. 

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to our warehouse for the return of your item. 

 

Important: If you ship an item(s), we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used, within 7 - 10 days business days of the receipt of return package at our warehouse.
